SHIPPING, CANCELLATIONS & RETURNS

Our team works 24X7, 365 days a year to deliver your order as soon as possible. The moment you hit the confirm button, our order processing starts. We take all the measures to ensure that you receive your order in proper condition.

By when do we deliver?

We dispatch your product from our location within 24 hours of you placing the order. And, after that it takes around 7 business days to reach you depending on your location within India. In case of international shipping, it may take up to 15 days once the order is dispatched from our location.​

 

Return Policy

We do not accept returns. Goods once sold are considered sold.

I have not received my order. What do I do?

If you have not received your order during the slated time period, please inform us by writing to us at hello@anoothi.in or call us on +91-7558721846, so that we can follow up on your order and update you on the status.​

I have received an incorrect article/order. What should I do?

In the unlikely event that you receive a product/order you did not order, please accept the article/order and inform us about the article at hello@anoothi.in  Used, damaged products or products with missing accessories (clips, tags, buttons, laces, trims, labels, etc.) will not be accepted.

 

We will arrange for a pick up of the incorrect article/order from your location. We advise you to pack the article in its original packing and pack it accordingly. On receiving the product in its original condition (as when it was sent) we will give you a credit note of the amount paid by you. You can use this credit note to make another purchase of the same amount or use it for future purchases.​

How can I track my order?

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email containing the shipment details for your order. These details along with the current status of your order, will also be available under your account on www.anoothi.in
